Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking a skilled backend engineer to design and develop scalable Java 11/17+ applications. You will build and maintain microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.

The role emphasizes secure authentication, event-driven architectures with Kafka/RabbitMQ, and robust data stores such as Oracle SQL/PLSQL, MongoDB, and Redis. You will deploy with Docker/Kubernetes on AWS, participate in CI/CD, and apply secure coding practices

Qualifications

• Backend applications with Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Build and maintain microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Implement secure authentication using OAuth2/OIDC/JWT and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Develop automated tests using JUnit 5, Mockito, Testcontainers.
• Deploy and manage apps with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Follow CI/CD standards and Agile methodologies.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using Java 11/17+, Spring Boot.
• Build, deploy, and maintain microservices and REST APIs.
• Implement security with OAuth2/OIDC/JWT.
• Develop event-driven applications using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Design and optimize databases with Oracle SQL/PLSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Deploy and operate on AWS with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate tests with JUnit 5, Mockito, Testcontainers.
• Follow secure coding practices, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Leverage Claude Code for AI-assisted development.
