Job summary

Artifintech is seeking a senior software engineer with 7-12 years of experience to design and implement large-scale solutions. You will work across Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP services, Spring stack, and databases such as PostgreSQL, with exposure to Azure and cloud-native patterns.

You will drive architecture, lead integrations and migrations, and contribute to API testing, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and front-end basics like Angular is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience designing software solutions using architecture design principles.
• Payment domain expertise and ability to drive teams, integrations, migrations, and approaches.
• Good to have experience in Angular and front-end technologies.
• Understanding of Kafka, integration patterns, security standards, concurrency and multi-threading, PostgreSQL, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Hands-on, high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to function independently under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• API and contract testing using REST Assured/Postman/Swagger/SOAP UI + Groovy/Spring Cloud Contract.
• Test Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing with JUnit.
• Mocking frameworks such as Mockito/OCMock.
• Static code analysis with SonarQube.
• Hands-on with Jenkins/PCF for automated build/test infrastructure provisioning.
• Troubleshooting with Splunk, Swagger/Postman, and Git.
• Intermediate knowledge of Maven, JUnit, Redis, Oracle, SQL, Unix commands, and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of Sonar, Dynatrace, Git, SVN, Jira, CI/CD tools, and Splunk.
• Strong communication skills and experience in Agile, SDLC, and project implementation.

JOB SUMMARY
