Job summary

Role: Java Backend Engineer
Location: Merrimack, NH (Onsite Hybrid)
Hire Type: Full type

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of demonstrable experience in full stack Java programming building scalable web applications
• 6+ yrs experience with Java Spring based frameworks and libraries preferably Spring boot
• 5+ yrs working with public Cloud and Cloud based technologies with Microsoft Azure preferred
• 6+ years experience building and consuming REST API based integration and microservices architecture

Preferred Skills:

• Hands on experience working with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka or Service Bus
• Building applications working with databases like Oracle, Postgres etc.
• solid Understanding and experience working with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins
• Experience with software application testing approaches and tools like jUnit, Cucumber, Selenium
• Experience with Chaos Testing and other SRE practices for building highly resilient cloud based software applications
• Experience designing and developing applications in microservices architecture

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
