• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Expert in Spring Boot / Spring Framework.
• Strong backend and microservices development experience.
• Kubernetes and Docker experience.
• CI/CD experience using Jenkins, CodeDeploy, or similar tools.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
• Strong Linux/Unix knowledge.
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
