Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Lead with deep experience in Spring Boot and microservices in banking environments. You will lead the backend team, architect microservices, and drive end-to-end technical delivery while ensuring secure, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong Core Java, Spring ecosystem expertise, and hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and cloud platforms. Mentoring junior engineers is also expected.

Qualifications

• Strong Java backend expertise with Spring Boot and modern frameworks.
• Experience designing microservices and RESTful APIs for scalable systems.
• Banking domain knowledge and security standards are a plus.
