Job summary

NTT DATA Romania is seeking a Java Software Architect to design scalable distributed systems, guide cloud and IT architectures, and bridge business stakeholders with engineering teams. You will govern microservices, document decisions, and drive best practices across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
About 10 years of software engineering with architecture focus.
Proven expertise in software, cloud, IT systems, microservices and solutions.
Strong understanding of cloud-native distributed design principles.
Experience with containers and modern deployment practices.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve target software and solution architecture.
Design cloud and IT architectures for scalable, secure systems.
Bridge between business stakeholders, Product Owners and teams.
Govern microservices architecture for scalability and maintainability.
Collaborate with client architects and document architectures.
Maintain architectural documentation and design decisions.
Establish best practices for architecture, code quality, testing and deployment.
