Join a dynamic team with a major healthcare organization, focusing on enhancing and maintaining APIs. The teams are involved in cloud migration, data governance, and leveraging AI tools to increase productivity. They work closely with both legacy systems and modern cloud platforms to deliver efficient solutions.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay: $47 - $52/hr W2

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain APIs using Java, MongoDB, and AWS.
  • Collaborate with the Drug Entity team to ensure seamless API services.
  • Participate in cloud migration projects, moving applications to AWS and OpenShift.
  • Work with data governance teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Utilize AI tools like GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency.
  • Support mainframe resource resiliency and legacy system maintenance.
  • Engage in cross-functional teamwork to deliver high-quality solutions.
Experience Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Java, MongoDB, and AWS.
  • Experience with API development and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and OpenShift.
  • Understanding of legacy systems, including CACS, COBOL, DB2, JCL, and VSAM.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with onshore and offshore teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with data governance and compliance.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like GitHub Copilot.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or PBM organization.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
