Job summary

A growing software consultancy firm in Jersey City, NJ, is seeking an experienced software developer with at least 4 years in Information Technologies and strong Java skills. This full-time position requires team collaboration and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to handle software development lifecycle responsibilities. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or green card holders, as sponsorship is not available. This is a permanent role where duties may involve travel as necessary.

• The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
