Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC in Boston, MA is seeking a senior Java developer with healthcare domain experience to design, implement, and support compliant software solutions. The role demands strong Java/Spring MVC skills, PL/SQL, Dynatrace expertise, and familiarity with regulated environments and security requirements.

You will work with Java/Spring MVC, PL/SQL, Dynatrace, and AWS, applying rigorous testing and security practices in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java development and/or application support engineering experience.
• Healthcare domain experience with compliance-aware support practices (HIPAA, audit trails, data sensitivity).
• Deep expertise in Java/Spring MVC with strong debugging and JVM performance tuning skills.
• Strong PL/SQL experience including query optimization and stored procedure development.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace including dashboards, alerting, distributed tracing, and performance analysis.
• Active daily use of GitHub Copilot or equivalent AI development tools in a professional environment.
• Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based application architectures.
• Experience supporting applications in regulated environments with an understanding of security, privacy, compliance, audit requirements, and sensitive data handling.
