Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC seeks a seasoned Java developer to own enterprise healthcare applications, focusing on HIPAA-compliant design and robust debugging.

The role requires deep Java/Spring MVC expertise, strong PL/SQL, and hands-on Dynatrace for performance analysis, with daily use of AI tooling like GitHub Copilot and AWS-based cloud architecture experience. You will ensure secure, compliant handling of sensitive data in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java development and/or application support engineering experience.
• Healthcare domain experience with HIPAA and data sensitivity.
• Expertise in Java/Spring MVC with debugging and JVM performance tuning.
• Strong PL/SQL experience including queries and stored procedures.
• Hands-on Dynatrace experience with dashboards, alerting, distributed tracing, and performance analysis.
• Daily use of AI tooling like GitHub Copilot in a professional environment.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience in regulated environments with security, privacy, audit requirements, and sensitive data handling.
• Strong testing skills (manual and automated).

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java development and/or application support engineering experience.
• Healthcare domain experience with compliance-aware support practices (HIPAA, audit trails, data sensitivity)
• Deep expertise in Java/Spring MVC with strong debugging and JVM performance tuning skills.
• Strong PL/SQL experience including query optimization and stored procedure development.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace including dashboards, alerting, distributed tracing, and performance analysis.
• Active daily use of GitHub Copilot or equivalent AI development tools in a professional environment.
• Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based application architectures.
• Experience supporting applications in regulated environments with an understanding of security, privacy, compliance, audit requirements, and sensitive data handling.
• Critical to be skilled in manual and automated testing
