  • Manage key global accounts and build strong relationships with international luxury travel agencies, consortia, corporate clients, and media partners.
  • Drive business from core feeder markets including Japan, South Korea, China, Australia, Southeast Asia, and North America.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing and brand strategies to enhance visibility and engagement across all channels.
  • Collaborate with property General Managers and ownership groups to align business priorities and ensure consistency in messaging and brand standards.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and performance data to optimize pricing, positioning, and promotions.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Represent the properties at global trade shows, industry events, and media opportunities, positioning the brand as a leader in luxury hospitality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing within the luxury hospitality sector, including at least 5 years in a multi-property leadership capacity.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury market in the Far East, with strong networks across key international leisure and corporate travel segments.
  • Proven success in managing remote and cross-cultural teams across diverse geographies.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, PR, and brand strategy, with a strong grasp of international distribution channels and e-commerce.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
