Mercier Consultancy in Greece is seeking a Japanese-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team. You will handle customer inquiries remotely through a mix of telephone, email, and online chats, provide accurate information, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Full training is provided, and you will work as part of a multicultural international team with opportunities to learn about European markets.

Qualificações

• Japanese at C1/C2 level, written and spoken.
• Native language and nationality must be listed in CV/Cover Letter.
• Valid EU passport is required.
• Willing to relocate to Greece; relocation package provided.

Requirements

• You must have a C1/C2 level of Japanese, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
