Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current student of SLCC is preferred.
• Language teaching or tutoring experience is beneficial.
• Ability to communicate both in English and the language you will be tutoring.
• Availability to attend the SLCC classes in the target language with approval of the course instructor.
• Attending classes will increase familiarity with course materials and teaching methods.
• Instructor will expect tutoring during class time as preparation.

• Tailor instruction to student level and instructor expectations.
