Position : Japanese Bilingual Inside Sales and Recruiting Specialist

Work Location : Remote

Hours : 8am - 5pm (of your time)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales and Recruiting Specialist - Japanese Bilingual. The specialist will be responsible for inside sales activities, lead generation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent communication and customer service to clients. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential candidates, partnering with hiring managers, and facilitating the recruitment process.

Conduct outbound cold calls and email campaigns to identify and generate new leads.

Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Research and understand our target market and customer needs.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.

Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.

Screen resumes of applicants to assess candidate suitability.

Schedule interviews for candidates with the senior recruiters, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
