Job summary

Blueprint Technologies is hiring an AI Response Labeler / Annotator to evaluate AI-generated content with a focus on Japanese language and cultural context of Japan. English-language guidance and tasks will accompany the Japanese-focused evaluation, with side-by-side comparisons and a need for strong analytical judgment across diverse content.

You will assess accuracy, relevance, completeness, tone, and instruction-following, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in a remote

Qualifications

• Native-level or professional fluency in Japanese
• Strong English reading and comprehension to understand complex prompts and guidelines written in English
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills beyond language evaluation
• Ability to learn and apply detailed evaluation frameworks
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under time pressure
• Experience evaluating AI-generated responses or contributing to model-quality assessments

Responsibilities

• Perform side-by-side comparisons of AI-generated responses and determine which is stronger
• Evaluate responses for factual accuracy, relevance, completeness, clarity, reasoning, and usefulness
• Assess content in English, Japanese, or mixed language scenarios
• Evaluate a broad range of content including general questions, web results, file-based tasks, image-based responses, and conversations
• Apply Japanese expertise to language, terminology, tone, and cultural context of Japan
• Identify subtle differences and provide concise, evidence-based rationale for evaluation decisions
• Document decisions and participate in calibration and training activities
