Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC Global Corporate Banking seeks an Analyst to help expand our international banking franchise with a focus on the Japanese corridor. You will support Subsidiary Bankers with sales, relationship management, marketing, and client requests, and help manage deal execution and regulatory reporting.

You will work with senior officers and clients in a team setting, preparing pitches, pricing analyses, and cross‑product coordination across Banking, Payments, Markets, and Investor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials.
• Fluency in Japanese and familiarity with Japanese business practices.
• Experience in Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Credit, or Payments is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Subsidiary Bankers in managing client relationships and developing a new Japanese client base to drive revenue growth.
• Engage with firm partners to build proficiency across Banking, Payments, Markets, Asset Management, Credit, DCM, FX, Rates, Commodities, and Investor Services.
• Prepare customized pitch books and marketing materials to generate new business and review existing relationships and setups.
• Support Bankers on bids (including RFPs), contribute to pricing/profitability models, and assist with documentation and handoff to implementation.
• Maintain internal reports and monitor revenue trends monthly and coordinate with Finance and Business Management for accurate deal tracking.
• Conduct pricing analyses and help develop pricing strategies for RFPs and client requests.
• Help maintain existing business by ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate client onboarding and KYC processes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Support ad-hoc projects and analyses as requested.
