Job summary

ZEISS Group is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer for a three-year international assignment in Japan, with eventual relocation to the Boise, Idaho area. You will install and service ZEISS semiconductor systems, perform preventive maintenance, and work closely with customers and global teams. Strong English and Japanese skills are required, with travel to Germany and the U.S.

  • Coordinate service activities with global ZEISS teams and customers; travel internationally for training.
  • Document service activities and reports; provide on-site customer support in Japan and transition to Boise, ID area.

In this role, you’ll work hands-on with ZEISS semiconductor systems, supporting installation, preventive maintenance, and ongoing technical service.Fluency in Japanese is required, as you’ll collaborate closely with local teams and customers.
