Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) seeks a Zone Manager to oversee designated accounts, coordinating janitorial and maintenance services, staffing, and vendor relations across the zone. You will ensure on-time visits, audits, and compliance with safety standards.

The role emphasizes budgeting, project planning, and building strong client relationships to deliver top service levels under contract terms. You will travel as needed within territory and support coverage during emergencies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role within janitorial/building maintenance or related services
• Ability to analyze area P&L and manage budgets
• Experience in project planning and coordinating vendors
• Knowledge of OSHA and regulatory compliance standards
• Ability to hire, train, and manage staff performance

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and vendor relationships for assigned accounts within the zone
• Conduct monthly/quarterly visits with client district/regional management to ensure satisfaction
• Ensure buildings are supplied and serviced; respond to service calls within 2 hours
• Develop delivery plans and coordinate vendor sourcing and scheduling
• Provide backup crew support in emergencies
