Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Zone Manager to lead customer and vendor relationships within a designated zone, focusing on delivery of janitorial and related services. You will manage equipment, schedules, and vendor performance while maintaining strong client relations.

Responsibilities include monthly visits, audits, budget awareness, and coordinating project plans with head office. A strong emphasis on safety compliance and timely responses is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in janitorial/building maintenance/services preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and state/federal compliance standards.
• Ability to analyze area P&L to ensure expenses stay within budget.
• Experience in project management and communicating changes/progress.
• Ability to build professional client relationships and ensure service levels per contract.
• Background check and drug test required.

• Conduct monthly/quarterly visits with customer districts and regional management.
• Visit accounts as prescribed and review/audit, submit findings.
• Ensure buildings are supplied and equipped; respond to service calls within 2 hours.

• Provide backup crew support in emergencies.
