Job summary

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is hiring for Janitorial workers in Streetsboro, OH. Pay rate is $17.00/hour. This position is on-call with shift times 6am–2:30pm, weekends as needed. Temp to permanent placement.

Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing in an industrial setting, heavy lifting, and following safety procedures. Experience in janitorial work, food production, and manufacturing is valuable to meet industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and sanitation in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Dust and wipe surfaces, desks, and equipment.
• Clean windows, doors, walls, and other surfaces as needed.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Clean and sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles and handrails.
• Perform light housekeeping and general cleaning duties.
• Follow proper safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or supply shortages.
• Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitary facility.

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Part-on On-call: 6am – 2:30pm As needed (weekends as needed 5am – 11am or 11am – 5pm)

This is a temp to permanent placement hire!!

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in industrial settings.
Utilizing core skills in industrial cleaning and sanitation
Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
Your relevant skills in janitorial experience, food production, and manufacturing will be valuable in meeting industry standards.
Additionally, your ability to perform heavy lifting and your experience in commercial cleaning will contribute to the efficiency of the cleaning process.
This is for an industrial plant. Manual labor.
