Job summary

KingsClean is seeking a dependable Working Custodial Supervisor to join Teague ISD in Teague, TX. You will supervise the custodial team while also performing daily cleaning duties alongside staff.

The position is full-time with morning and evening shifts. A background check is required; starting after screening. Benefits are not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must be dependable, responsible, and able to lead a team.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial employees and assign daily cleaning duties.
• Work alongside the custodial team to complete cleaning assignments.
• Inspect assigned areas to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
• Remove trash and clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Train and assist new employees.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and maintain organized storage areas.
• Communicate staffing, supply, and maintenance concerns to management.
• Ensure employees follow company procedures and safety requirements.
