Job summary

KingsClean is hiring a dependable Working Custodial Supervisor to lead the custodial team at Teague ISD in Teague, TX. The role combines supervision with hands-on cleaning duties and requires standing and lifting throughout shifts.

Starting immediately after screening, the position offers morning and evening shifts with a $15.00 per hour pay rate. Benefits are not available for this role, and fingerprinting costs are covered by KingsClean.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be dependable, responsible, and able to lead a team.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fingerprinting required; KingsClean will cover fingerprinting costs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial employees and assign daily cleaning duties
• Work alongside the custodial team to complete cleaning assignments
• Inspect assigned areas to ensure cleaning standards are met
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces
• Remove trash and clean and sanitize restrooms
• Train and assist new employees
• Monitor cleaning supplies and maintain organized storage areas
• Communicate staffing, supply, and maintenance concerns to management
• Ensure employees follow company procedures and safety requirements

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
