Job summary

Profloorcareerie in Meadville, PA is seeking a part-time Janitorial Worker to keep offices and industrial facilities clean and orderly. You will dust, sweep, mop, polish, empty trash, and restock supplies as needed.

Janitorial Worker# Janitorial WorkerMeadville, PA## OverviewSalary Range$10.00 - $14.00 HourlyPosition TypePart TimeJob ShiftAnyCategoryFacilities## Description**Primary Responsibilities*** Maintains premises, rest and working areas of offices and industrial buildings in clean and orderly condition* Duties include but are not limited to performing a combination of dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment; sweeping, scrubbing, mopping floors; removing refuse; polishing furniture, fixtures, or trimmings, cleaning lavatories, showers, or rest rooms* Refill paper products and let supervisor know if paper or cleaning product supply is low* Other duties as assigned## Qualifications**Required Skills/Abilities*** Ability to follow instructions* Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies such as vacuum cleaners* Ability to effectively and efficiently perform and complete assigned duties under minimal supervision* Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license or Pennsylvania ID card* Reliable transportation to get to and from job sites* Ability to work second-shift* Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously**Physical Requirements*** Prolonged periods of walking and frequent standing, pulling, pushing, and bending with occasional sitting* Requires handling, lifting or carrying of objects up to 35 lbs* Ability to wear a face mask for the duration of scheduled shift as required by client**Required*** Work is performed at multiple locations so a driver's license with reliable transportation is required* A background check and a drug screen may be required for some locations* A positive attitude and professionalism are required
