Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Janitorial Technician to perform custodial and industrial cleaning at customer locations including offices and plant areas. You will represent HPC-Industrial and uphold safety standards as you support our clients and their operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and orderly work areas including plant, offices, restrooms, and parking areas.
• Restock washrooms, clean spills, and remove garbage.
• Operate power equipment to vacuum, sweep, polish, and transport as required.
• Assist with groundwork and minor snow removal.
• Perform special cleaning projects as required by the customer.
• Follow health and safety policies at all times.

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors is looking for a Janitorial Technician to work at customer locations, and to join their safety conscious team! This team member perform custodial and industrial cleaning work in offices, industrial areas and other incidental tasks as assigned. The Janitorial Technician serves as representative of HPC-Industrial in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Ensure work area maintained in a neat and orderly manner.
• Attend all compliance and safety update meetings.
• Clean all plant areas including but not limited to, the shop floor, docks, washrooms, offices, cubicles, meeting areas, cafeterias, locker rooms, outdoor areas and parking lots.
• Restock washrooms, clean up spills and remove garbage.
• May require use of power equipment to vacuum, sweep, polish, and transport, among others.
• May include groundwork and/or minor snow removal.
• Special cleaning projects as required by the customer.
