Summary of Job: Prepare and maintain the cleanliness of designated retail, food, and office locations as well as several Guest and Team Member restrooms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a safe, friendly, and clean work environment.
  2. Maintain carpets by vacuuming in all assigned buildings.
  3. Maintain cleanliness in locations by sweeping and mopping floors.
  4. Maintain cleanliness in Guest and Team Member restrooms by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces.
  5. Maintain cleanliness in offices by vacuuming, mopping, and changing trash cans.
  6. Assist with floor care projects.
  7. Perform other duties deemed necessary by the Janitorial Leadership team.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Age: 17.
  2. Valid driver’s license preferred.
  3. Must be available to work 6am-12pm on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  4. Ability to operate heavy machinery as well as lift heavy objects with assistance.
  5. Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
  6. Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  7. Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude.
  8. Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others.

Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
