Job summary

TruFusion in Denver is seeking a dependable Janitorial Crew member to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio for members, guests and staff. You will clean workout rooms, locker rooms, common areas and equipment, following sanitation protocols to uphold high standards.

The role requires physical effort, flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to keep the facility pristine at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial or housekeeping roles preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of all studio spaces, including fitness rooms, locker rooms, restrooms, showers, and common areas.
• Ensure all equipment, mats, weights, and props are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors throughout the facility.
• Empty trash and restock essential supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning products.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front desk, retail area, and member lounge spaces.
• Follow all sanitation protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist in preparing studio spaces for classes by resetting equipment and ensuring rooms are organized.
• Monitor and report any facility maintenance or repair needs to management.
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory and notify management when restocking is needed.
• Ensure proper storage and use of cleaning chemicals following safety guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial or housekeeping roles preferred but not required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing.
• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, reach and lift to 50 pounds at a time.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and fitness-related environments.
• Ability to work in warm and humid conditions, especially after heated fitness classes.
