Qualifications

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance.

• A proactive approach to maintaining facilities and addressing potential issues.
• Must have RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
• Physical requirements: lift 25–50 pounds; stand, walk and bend for extended periods.
• Project work for overtime available.
