Frantz Building Services in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Janitorial Team Lead to manage daily facilities operations, stepping in as a working leader to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires staffing support, training, and adherence to cleaning standards.

The position oversees operations in the Manager’s absence, coordinates supplies, and maintains strong customer relations. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 5:00 PM–1:00 AM. Pay is weekly, with benefits after an initial period.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license & good driving record.
• Must have at least 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Fill in at assigned locations when Team Members are absent to ensure uninterrupted service
• Deliver cleaning supplies and materials to buildings as needed
• Oversee daily janitorial operations when the Manager is unavailable
• Complete customer and/or management requests promptly and professionally
• Conduct routine walkthroughs of buildings to verify all work is completed to company and customer standards
• Inspect facilities for cleanliness, safety, and quality assurance
• Address and communicate any issues, deficiencies, or customer concerns to management
• Support and assist Team Members with training, guidance, and problem-solving when needed
• Ensure proper use of approved cleaning procedures, supplies, and equipment
• Maintain positive customer relationships through responsiveness and professionalism
