Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of janitorial experience is required.
• 1+ year of supervising experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Able to use a computer and familiar with Microsoft 365 products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and assist in directing janitorial staff.
• Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor shift performance and report to the site manager.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards throughout the shift.
• Communicate work assignments clearly to team members.
• Assist in implementing work standards per company policies.
• Oversee inventory and order supplies as needed.
