ServiceMaster Cleaning Solutions is seeking a Team Coordinator/Team Lead to manage daily operations on the first and second shifts, with Monday–Friday hours and occasional weekends in the Chicago area. The role emphasizes internal growth, teamwork, and a strong commitment to service quality.

• Orientation towards teamwork in certain locations/working as a part of a team
• Reports to the site supervisor any equipment breakdowns, unsafe conditions, customer complaints, and any other problems that may occur
• Adhere to the tardiness and absenteeism policy
