Job summary

Clean Team is seeking a Support Supervisors to oversee day-to-day operations in our accounts, ensuring service quality and timely staffing. You will lead, train, and coordinate team members to meet client standards while managing schedules and supplies.

The role emphasizes independent work with strong leadership and customer-focused service. Full-time position with growth opportunities within a regional janitorial company known for ongoing training and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality of services provided to customers and secure customer retention.
• Control labor and supply costs.
• Identify areas where further training is necessary and identify and retain all-star employees.
• Deliver product and ensure each account is adequately stocked.
• Work together with upper management to provide effective communication.
• Manage your time and prioritize a daily agenda. Dropping off supplies to sites, Picking up laundry, covering shifts and making sure we meeting clients standards.

As a Support Tech at Clean Team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your assigned area. We are currently looking for Support Cleaning Supervisors.
