GDI.com is seeking a skilled Janitorial Supervisor based in Illinois to oversee and direct janitorial staff. This role includes training the team, managing performance issues, and maintaining high quality standards in facility maintenance.
Candidates should have over three years of supervisory experience and possess excellent attention to detail. The position includes a work schedule from Friday to Sunday during late hours, focusing on customer satisfaction and safety compliance.

Summary:
Oversee, train, and direct the janitorial staff on site to ensure that all employees are kept safe, and the customer’s quality expectations are met or exceeded. You will also be responsible for participating in daily cleaning tasks as required.

Friday - Sunday 11:00AM - 12:30AM
