Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean in Blytheville, AR is seeking a Location Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at assigned worksites. You will perform cleaning duties, manage supplies and PPE, and ensure facilities are secure and welcoming for customers and clients.

Qualifications include 5+ years in custodial roles and ability to read cleaning instructions. English communication is essential, with opportunities for advancement and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper a plus but not required.
• Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations at the assigned worksite and ensure alignment with ServiceMaster standards.
• Perform cleaning duties using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and manage PPE use.
• Open and lock facilities and manage security system as required.
• Ensure a clean, healthy environment for customers and clients and contribute to a positive work climate.
• Lead and communicate with crew to meet performance expectations and be punctual and in uniform.

Job Position Description

The Location Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning operations of their assigned worksite, ensuring the location is maintained as a clean, healthy environments for our customers, their clients, and grounds. Other duties may be Assigned:

• Responsible for crew performance are within ServiceMaster standards and communication with the customer.
• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, windows, cleaning, moving furniture and equipment etc..
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper PPE where required
• Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required.
• 5+ years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper a plus but not required
• Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus.
• The ability to be flexible, work at a fast-paced and in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers
• Must be able to communicate in English

Physical Demands And Qualifications

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward. Must be able to lift and and/or carry 25lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses

Schedule

Monday - Friday: 3 Options available

• 7am - 3pm
• 8am - 4pm
• 10am - 6pm
