Qualifications

• 2+ years experience supervising employees.
• Experience in commercial cleaning is a big plus.
• Proven ability to manage teams, retain staff, coach and develop.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record.
• Confidential information handling with discretion.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentations.
• Team player with a positive, approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships with a positive customer service orientation.
• Serve as main point-of-contact for client liaisons, meeting regularly to confirm quality standards and resolve issues.
• Provide leadership and support while being available for emergencies and off-hour support.
• Promote strong safety culture and train staff on PPE and safe movement practices.
• Plan and assign work schedules to ensure service delivery expectations are met.
• Ensure timely responses to client-reported emergency cleaning situations.
• Train staff on building and property security protocols at each client location.
• Train staff on ABM standard cleaning methods and specific client protocols.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals and maintain SDS/OSHA compliance.
• Train staff on safe operation of cleaning equipment and tools.
• Lead and supervise Site janitorial and Porter staff.
• Monitor employee timekeeping for schedule adherence and policy.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue via additional billable work.
• Arrange for substitutions or cover shifts to avoid delays.
