We are seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning, maintenance, and security duties, ensuring our building remains in a clean and orderly condition.

Shifts

Monday to Friday | Part-Time (Evening)

Essential Duties

• Supervise and train janitorial staff.
• Assign work shifts and areas.
• Manage employee relations and performance issues, documenting and reporting as needed.
• Review employee timekeeping and process payroll accurately.
• Inspect the job site regularly, identify quality concerns, and complete inspection reports.
• Communicate the need for special projects to management.
• Operate floor cleaning equipment (buffers, walk-behind machines, carpet cleaners).
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns or complaints.
• Enforce safety policies, report and investigate accidents.
• Complete required training courses.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Supervisory experience in janitorial services.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise judgment and work independently.
• High integrity is essential.
