We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to oversee our cleaning and maintenance staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of cleanliness. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Details

Pay: $18.50 per hour. The specific offer will vary based on experience, skills, location, and market data.

Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday, 2pm - 10pm

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Schedule, assign, and monitor cleaning tasks for efficiency.
• Train and onboard new staff members.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and staff schedules.
• Address client and staff concerns promptly.
• Assist with cleaning tasks during high-demand periods.
• Develop and refine cleaning procedures to improve operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in janitorial supervision or related roles.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Physical stamina for lifting and standing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scheduling and inventory software.
• Knowledge of green cleaning and sustainability practices.
