Flik Hospitality Group in San Francisco is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to support a designated facility, ensuring consistent workflow and adaptability to daily needs.

The role includes conducting facility walk-throughs, providing event logistics, managing supplies, and coordinating with building management to apply policy guidelines while supporting staff across shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent training and experience.
• Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
• Must be willing and able to work AM, PM, and overnight graveyard shifts. This role may also work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Janitorial Supervisor will provide support to a designated facility in whichever area the need arises. Responsibilities may change day to day, but your mission to maintain consistency in the facility’s workflow will drive your actions each day.

Key Responsibilities
