The role involves hands-on cleaning, ability to work independently, and effective communication with staff and the public in a professional manner.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for extended periods, and willing to undergo a criminal background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Detail-oriented, confidential, and professional.
• Professional ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and reach, bend, lift and pull.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned property.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, offices, empty trash, vacuum, mop floors, etc.
• Wipe and dust surfaces in rooms and clean mirrors.
• Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
• Stock wash and stock all paper products, soaps and supplies in bathrooms.
• Additional pick up and empty trash containers.
• High cleaning required.
• Training provided.
