Duties & Responsibilities:

• Clean Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assignedproperty.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, offices, empty trash, vacuum, mop floors, etc.
• Wipe and dust surfaces in rooms and clean mirrors.
• Vacuum and clean floors, rugs,furniture, and drapes.
• Stock Wash and stock all paper products, soaps and supplies in bathrooms.
• Additional Pick up and empty trash containers.
• High Cleaning Required.
• Training Provided.

Required Qualification:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Detail-oriented, confidential, and professional.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and reach, bend, lift and pull.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
• Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with the public.
• Must demonstrate the ability to lead staff.
