Responsibilities

• Assist with training of the cleaning team.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property.
• Report work orders for maintenance.
• Monitor quality of work and confirm completion with Manager; check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Complete order forms accurately.
• Coordinate equipment usage and inventories.
• Manage daily employee lunches and breaks.
• Maintain daily shift reports for managers.
• Perform basic administrative, payroll and attendance tasks as required.
• Communicate with Account Managers to monitor staffing levels.
• Provide guidance, interpret policies, and assist frontline employees in tasks.
• Ensure shift schedules are complete a week in advance.
• Ensure coverage for all callouts; adjust staffing as needed.
• Handle No-Fault Attendance Policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain good written and verbal communication.

Job description

We are seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at a facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards, managing janitorial staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Pay: $31 per hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the training of the cleaning team.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property.
• Report work orders for maintenance.
• Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager. check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Complete order forms completely and accurately.
• Coordinate equipment usage and inventories.
• Manage daily employee lunches and breaks.
• Maintain daily shift report for managers.
• Perform basic administrative, payroll and Attendance functions (as required).
• Maintain communication with Account Managers to monitor and maintain optimum staffing levels.
• Provide technical guidance, interpret policies and procedures, and assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks.
• Ensure that shift schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.) a week in advance.
• Work with leadership to ensure all callouts are covered.
• Accommodate increased / decreased client staffing requests.
• Manage the No-Fault Attendance Policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
