Essential Functions
- Review shift End of Shift reports and develop action plans for carryover items.
- Conduct shift briefings, assign personnel and equipment, and submit reports timely.
- Ensure pre and post-operation checks on equipment.
- Supervise floor activities, address hot spots, and manage emergency responses.
- Audit cleaning procedures and report hazards or incidents.
- Train staff on policies, chemical use, PPE, and equipment maintenance.
- Build rapport with maintenance and leadership teams.
- Manage supplies and supervise cleaning staff performance.
- Promote recycling and develop plans for plant shutdowns or hot spots.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Establish cleaning standards, coach staff, and schedule duties.
- Inspect equipment and monitor material usage.
Environmental Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HAZMAT, ISO, and environmental initiatives.
Safety Objectives
- Maintain safety training, incident reporting, and injury prevention.
Measurable Objectives
- Achieve safety and KPI compliance, timely responses, and high client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Management experience, preferably in unionized environments.
- Associates/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in fast-paced settings.
Target pay range: $26.44-$27.88/hr.
