Environment Control Spokane is seeking an Evening/Night Supervisor to lead 20+ employees, train new hires, and ensure high quality cleaning services across Spokane Valley and surrounding areas. The role requires nightly travel and use of a smartphone to manage tasks and communications.

Ready to take the lead, make an impact, and build a career with a company that cares?
Environment Control is looking for an energetic, hands‑on Evening/Night Supervisor in the Spokane! If you enjoy leading people, solving problems, staying active, and seeing the results of your hard work, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for!
At Environment Control, our supervisors do more than clean and inspect buildings. They lead from the front, coach and develop their teams, and make sure every account receives the quality service our customers count on. You’ll oversee 20+ employees, train new team members, conduct quality inspections, and jump in to help with basic janitorial duties when needed. No two nights are exactly alike, so flexibility, initiative, and a can‑do attitude go a long way!
This is a full‑time leadership position that requires nightly travel throughout your assigned territory. You’ll also use a smartphone to manage daily work tasks and keep communication flowing.
We’re a locally owned commercial cleaning company with over 50 years of experience, and we’re growing fast! We believe great service starts with great people, and we’re looking for a leader who wants to make a difference, grow professionally, and be part of a team that values hard work and commitment.
If you’re ready to lead, stay active, and make every night count, we’d love to meet you!
