Job summary

IH Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated Supervisor to oversee daily janitorial operations, lead team members, and ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality.

The role emphasizes strong leadership and the ability to manage schedules and performance, while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and per company standards. The position runs Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:45pm, offering an opportunity to contribute to a diverse work environment and to support operations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of janitorial supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to show judgment and to work independently.
• High integrity and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the work of the janitorial staff in the building.
• Designate shift and area work assignments.
• Manage employee relations or performance issues quickly and appropriately. Document and report to management or HR.
• Oversee daily clock-in/out procedures.
• Inspect the jobsite regularly to identify any quality concerns or project work needed; complete and submit inspection reports.
• Identify and communicate the need for any special project work to management.
• Use floor cleaning equipment as needed (i.e. buffer, walk behind, spot-carpet cleaner).
• Respond quickly and appropriately to all customer concerns or complaints.
• Enforce all safety policies and procedures; immediately report and investigate accidents.
• Complete training courses as required.
• Perform other duties to support operation needs.

Schedule Hours:

Monday-Friday (6:00am-2:45pm)
