Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services in Columbus, GA seeks a shift supervisor to lead a team of general cleaners on the 3rd shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM). This role focuses on daily supervision, ensuring safe, thorough cleaning of restrooms, offices and common areas.

You will perform routine cleaning tasks, wear required PPE, and be paid weekly at $16.00 per hour with benefits including health, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead and supervise a team of cleaners.
• Capable of coordinating cleaning tasks across multiple areas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced facility environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, and supervise a team of general cleaners.
• Perform routine cleaning of factory and office areas including restrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, conference rooms, cubicles, and other site areas.
• Carry out restroom, window, trash, sweeping, and mopping tasks; stock supply rooms.

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)

• $16.00/hr

Job duties : Responsible for leading, monitoring, and supervising a team of general cleaners.

Routine factory and office cleaning, including restrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, conference rooms, cubicles, and all other site-specific areasRoutine building cleaning

• Restroom cleaning
• Window cleaning
• Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter
• Sweeping
• Mopping

Stocking supply rooms

Requirements:

• Pass background checks and drug screening
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
• Wear LACOSTA Shirt, steel toe and slip resistant shoes, gloves during entire shifts
• Remove all jewelry and accessories
