Job summary

A&M Services LLC in Kansas is seeking Janitorial Staff to join our team. You will maintain a clean and orderly environment in offices, classrooms, and bathrooms on a nightly basis.

This role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Duties include sweeping, mopping, organizing custodial spaces, and reporting maintenance needs; you’ll work Monday through Friday with holidays off.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, classrooms, bathrooms nightly.
• Keep buildings clean and orderly.
• Perform light cleaning (sweeping, mopping floors, carpets).
• Inform client of maintenance needs and when consumables need to be ordered.
• Organize custodial closets and spaces.
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment.
• Cleaning takes about two hours per night, Mon–Fri, off on holidays and school breaks.

• Inform customer of maintenance needs and when consumables need to be ordered
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• Clean takes about two hours per night Mon-Friday off on holidays and when the school is closed for breaks
