Job summary

Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services is seeking a reliable Cleaner/Janitor to join our Indianapolis team. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility with duties including sanitizing areas and replenishing supplies.

Shift options: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Tuesday–Friday. Compensation is $16.00 per hour. We value punctuality, independence, and teamwork in a respectful, equal-opportunity environment.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy bags.
