Operations Assistants perform various tasks associated with The Arc’s Business Services. Primary roles consist of providing assistance and guidance to people with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities who work within the businesses in the community and to help ensure operational standards are met. This position holds a vital role in the training & development of employees that have led to many success stories for people with disabilities.
