Job summary

The Budd Group is seeking a Janitorial Site Supervisor in Mount Pleasant, SC. This on-site role leads the evening cleaning crew, ensuring top-quality facility upkeep and safety at the client site.

You will manage supplies, support your team, and act as the on-site Cleaning Supervisor, with shifts from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM or 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday (no weekends).

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisor experience required.
• Strong communication and reliable, neighborly attitude.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evening cleaning crew to ensure high on-site standards.
• Serve as the on-site Cleaning Supervisor and hands-on Janitorial Lead.
• Inspect rooms, secure interior/exterior doors, and arm the building at shift end.

What You’ll Do:

As our Janitorial Site Supervisor, you will lead our evening cleaning crew to success! In this role, you will act as the go-to Cleaning Supervisor on site, making sure our high standards are met every night. You will support your team, manage supplies, and serve as a hands-on Janitorial Lead to keep our client's facility looking its absolute best! Will be required to inspect rooms and areas, secure interior and exterior doors, and make sure the building is armed at the end of the shift.
