We are currently hiring for the position of Janitorial Site Manager.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (hours may vary depending on site needs)

Responsibilities include:

• Managing an assigned shift or site
• Interviewing, hiring, and training janitorial staff
• Overseeing daily workflow and scheduling of cleaners
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors
• Conducting walk-throughs and inspections
• Performing related duties as needed
• Maintaining communication with clients and facility personnel to meet security contract needs

Preferred background: Manufacturing supervision experience is a plus.
