Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
• Preferred: 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid Driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards as directed.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Coordinate daily operations and delegate tasks.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Monitor and report client communications; document them.
• Complete time records for employees and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality and confirm completion with Area Manager.
• Train new hires per onboarding procedures.
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Perform additional service requests as needed.
• Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned.
